Our team consists of passionate and experienced people, who love what they do and always look forward to face new challenges.
We have 5 incredible teams at Skybound, our Board Certified Behaviour Analysts, our Supervisors, our Registered Behaviour Technicians, our Specialist Therapists and our Office Team.
Our Amazing Team
Our team are passionate about providing quality and effective interventions. Many of our team have been with us for a long time and continue to grow and learn on a daily basis. We invest significantly in continuing professional development as we pride ourselves on being up to date with the latest research and interventions.
We have a supportive team who share Skybound values and often refer to themselves as ‘Skybounders”.
Our Behaviour Analysts have Masters degrees in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related subjects. They are experts in teaching a wide range of skills in order to reduce challenging behaviour and maximise potential. They have extensive post qualification training in a variety of areas.
This is our team of ABA and PBS Supervisors. They work with consultants to oversee the programme implementation and help train behaviour technicians.
We are proud to showcase our team of RBT’s. They have completed more than 40 hours of theory training each, along with a practical competency assessment, to gain their registered status. We also have many other Behaviour Technicians working towards this status.
We are expanding services so are regularly recruiting for a variety of roles.
